| 摘 要： | 针对制造商通过线上和线下双渠道同时进行产品销售的情况,构建制造商利润最大化模型,比较分析线上和线下产品质量安全水平与零售价格。研究结果表明:线上产品价格水平较低且产品质量安全水平较低的观点不始终成立,这是由制造商直接还是间接销售线下产品所决定的。最后,提出避免线上线下产品监管脱节,采取统一随机质量抽查机制等政策建议。

| Abstract: | For a manufacturer sale products by online and offline two channels, the quality safety level and the retail price of online and offline products are analyzed comparatively by the manufacturer''s profit maximization models. The result shows that the view of the lower online product price level and the lower online product quality safety level are not always established. This is determined by the manufacturer''s direct or indirect sales of offline products. Finally, the policy implications are proposed including avoiding the disconnection between online and offline product supervision, adopting a unified random quality sampling mechanism and so on. |
