回顾新中国成立70年来经济发展、国家建设发展历程,民营经济与民间投资功不可没。文章回顾了我国民间投资70年来的发展足迹,将民间投资过程分为不同阶段、不同时期,从中分析民间投资的发展特点、汲取民间投资发展的历史经验,从理论和实践两方面对民间投资发展作出总结,并结合我国金融体制改革、国内外经济发展形势,为我国民间投资发展之路提供对策建议。

Characteristics,Lessons Learned and Prospects of the Development of China's Private Investment——Based on the 70 Years Private Investment Development Process Review and Summary Since the Founding of China

By reviewing the remarkable achievements of the past 70 years, this paper has reviewed the development of China''s private investment of 70 years. The private investment process is divided into different stage and different periods. Through the analysis of the development of the private investment characteristics, learing from historical experience of the development of private investment,the development of private investment was surnmed up from theory and practice. Countermeasures for the development of private investment are put forward by means of combining Chinese economic and financial reform with the economic development situation at home and abroad.
