河北省大学生双创政策及其实施效果分析

河北省扶持大学生双创的现有政策体系主要包括:实行创新创业学分制和弹性学制、加强平台建设、多渠道资金投入三个方面。通过对现行政策体系的实施效果进行分析认为,河北省将大学生双创摆在突出位置,以政府推进为抓手,以产教融合、校企合作为路径,以强化"双师型"队伍建设、实践基地建设、实践导向课程体系建设、评价机制改革为保障重点发力,对推动大学生双创能力的明显提升起到了十分重要的作用。

Study on Policy for College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Hebei Province and Its Implementation Effect

The existing policy system of supporting college students'' innovation and entrepreneurship in Hebei province, which mainly includes implementing the credit system and the flexible educational eystem, strengthening the platform construction and multi-channel capital investment for college students'' innovation and entrepreneurship. Through analyzing the implementation effect of the current policy system, it is belived that the current policy system has played a positive role in promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Hebei province, taking the government promotion as the starting point, taking the integration of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation as the path, and strenthening the construction of dual qualified teachers, the construction practice base and the construction of practice-oriented curriculum system, and the reform of evaluation mechanism.These measures have played a very important role in promoting college students'' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
