城市景区节假日拥挤问题的原因与对策

春节、国庆节等节假日是我国旅游需求集中释放的主要时段,假日旅游在提升居民生活质量、刺激消费、扩大内需等方面发挥了积极作用。随着节假日旅游人数的不断增长,城市热门景区"人满为患"现象频频出现,引发旅游景区资源破坏、旅游质量下降、景区形象受损、安全风险凸显等问题,甚至出现人群踩踏等恶性事故,引起了社会各方面关注,阻碍了旅游业的持续健康发展。造成这些问题的原因主要有节假日暴涨的旅游需求、旅游供给的结构性失衡、旅游管理体制不顺、旅游安全设施不足等,建议从旅游供给侧结构性改革、景区管理体制改革、完善节假日景区高峰管理、发展智慧旅游等方面入手,解决城市景区节假日拥挤问题。

Reasons and Countermeasures for the Problem of Holiday Congestion in Urban Scenic Spots

The Spring Festival and National Day holidays are the main periods of time when China''s tourism demand is released in China, and holiday tourism in promoting residents'' quality of life, stimulating consumption and expanding domestic demand has played a positive role. With the continuous increase in the number of holiday travel, city hot scenic spot "crowded" phenomenon appeared frequently, thus causing such problems as destruction of tourism resources, decline in the quality of tourism, image damage of scenic spots and security risk highlighted. And there are even people trample malignant accidents, which have attracted attention from all aspects of society and hindered the sustainable and healthy development of tourism. The causes of these problems are mainly the holiday tourism demand, tourism supply of structural imbalances, failure of tourism management system and insufficient tourist safety facilities. It is suggested to start with the structural reform of tourism supply,the reform of scenic spot management system and the improvement of holiday peak scenic area management, thus solving the problem of city crowded scenic holiday.
