| 摘 要： | 为适应经济发展的需要,职业教育的发展势在必行。德国、美国和日本等发达国家的职业教育比我国职业教育起步早,有很多成功的经验值得我们借鉴和学习。文章主要阐述了发达国家在职业教育方面所取得的经验,如:职业教育的法制化、职业教育与普通教育综合化、职业教育经费充足等。以抚州市职业教育发展为例,分析了我国职业教育方面存在的问题,提出了借鉴发达国家经验的建议。

| Abstract: | The development of vocational education is imperative to meet the requirement of economical development.Germany,the United States,Japan and other developed countries started earlier in vocational education than our country.There are a lot of successful experience which is worth our studying and meriting.This paper gives the suggestions about developing the vocational education in Fuzhou city based on the analysis of the current situation and problems. |
