| 摘 要： | 针对我国农业水平低、农民素质不高、农村经济不发达和农技推广队伍不健全的现状 ,结合多年科技推广经验 ,创建了“农业技术家教”系统模式 ,提出了培训与手把手传授、示范样板园田、生产难题研究、技术服务保障体系及信息采集吸收与定向输出五种运转方式 ,给推广地区的经济、生态和社会三个方面均带来明显效益
