| 摘 要： | 《中苏友好同盟互助条约》使我国有了一个可靠的同盟国，也引起了美国对华政策的逆转，不利于我国多边外交的开展，有碍于中国统一大业的完成。中国为自己的外交政策付出了沉重的代价。

| Abstract: | On February 14, 1950, Beijing and Moscow Concluded Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship, Alliance and Mutual Assistance. The conclusion of the treaty made Soviet union one of our china's reliable allied countries,in the meantime,also caused backward change of American foreign policy to china,and disadvantaged the development of our china's multiple. lateral foreign policy, also hindered the accomplishment of our country's unification. China paid a great deal for it's foreign policy. |
