| 摘 要： | 当代中国法理学的历史，是由不同知识偏好的法理学者共同塑造的，因此也不会有惟一正确的法理学的定义和知识体系。这不仅体现在法理学的课程体系和教学体系，也体现在法理学的研究中。晚近十多年来，社科法学的研究兴起，并且与法教义学形成鼎立之势。与此同时，马克思主义法理学的教学研究热度也在不断攀升。 |

| Abstract: | The history of contemporary Chinese jurisprudence is shaped by jurisprudence scholars of different intellectual preference, so there is no only right definition and knowledge system of jurisprudence. It appears not only in jurisprudence curriculum and teaching system but also in jurisprudence studies. In recent years, law and social sciences have sprung up and stood with legal dogmatics. Meanwhile, we also need to strengthen teaching and studies of Marxism jurisprudence. |
