“后发劣势”的历史唯物主义考察

“后发劣势”之说，为沉浸在“后发优势”之中的发展中国家敲响了警钟，对发展中国家的现代化之路提出了疑问，同时也提出了克服这种劣势的办法。如何看待这泊来的“后发劣势”，这就需要我们用科学的历史唯物主义来审慎地考察它。笔者认为，“后发劣势”之说，用虽然是颠倒的，片面的方法向我们提出了马克思主义哲学史上的一个古老的问题，即生产关系、上层建筑对于生产力、经济基础的反作用的问题。

Historical Materialism Review on "the Later Comer's Inferiority"

The theory of ＂the later comer＇s inferiority＂ is knocking the alarm bell to the developing countries which are still in ＂the later comer＇s superiority＂, questions the way of modernization, and proposes some methods to get over the inferiorities. We have to review this abroad theory by scientific historical materialism. We believe that ＂the later comer＇s inferiority＂ brings about an archaic problem in the Marxist philosophy history, that is, the counteraction of the production relations and the superstructure to the productivity and the economic base, though through the reverse and unilateral methods.
