| 摘 要： | 温州经济是我国典型的依靠民间借贷资本发展起来的地方经济,本文以温州为例,从民间借贷的产生、民间借贷的特点入手,分析民间借贷资本作为重要的资本要素,对地方经济发展的正面效应及其局限性,并对引导、利用和规范民间借贷资本提出若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | The economic in Wenzhou is a typical local economic whose development is relied on the private loan.Taking Wenzhou as an example,this author analyzes the positive effect of loan capital as an important element of the capital on the local economy and its limitations from the view of generation and characteristics of private loan,Moreover,several countermeasures and suggestions are proposed accordingly in order to guide and standardize the use of loan capital. |
