| 摘 要： | 在制度安排与理论建构方面,地方人大制度创新体现了与社会主义和谐社会建设的许多契合性。地方人大制度创新,主要是针对这一制度存在的与构建社会主义和谐社会不相适应的方面进行改革,不断完善选举制度、监督制度、代表制度,进一步加强人大常委会建设,切实把地方人大制度创新与和谐社会的契合性从应然态势转化为实然状况,充分发挥其在构建和谐社会中的独特作用。

| Abstract: | In system arrangement and theory construction,the innovation of local people's congress system embodies many agreements with the establishment of socialist harmonious society and is aimed at reforming the elements unsuitable for the construction of socialist harmonious society by improving electoral system,supervisory system and representative system,reinforcing the construction of the standing committee of local people'congress. |
