| 摘 要： | 在分析金融全球化趋势与金融风险关系的基础上,对金融全球化趋势下中国面临的金融风险问题进行了具体分析,对近年来中国防范和化解金融风险的措施与效果作了回顾和概括。最后,作者提出了防范和化解我国金融风险的对策构想,主要是:把防范国际金融风险当做长期任务;适时、有步骤地进行金融开放;从制度创新入手,重点对现有金融体系进行彻底改造;增强自身实力,改善运营环境;加强政府的宏观调控。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysing the financial globalization trend and financial risks,this text have made a concerte analysis of the financial risks problem s which China faced under the financial globalication trend.The article reiews and summauized the measure and result that China took precautions against and dissolved the financeal risks in recent years.At last,the author proposed the ideas takng precautions against and disssolving the financial risks of our country,incclude several following respects mainly:Regard taking precautions against in ternational financeal risks as the long-term task;In good time,carry on the finance open step by step;Proceed-ing with system innovation,transfoums the existing financial system completely;Strengthen the macro adjustments and contuols of the government,etc. |
