试论民间组织与和谐社会之契合

和谐社会的本质是法治社会，法治是和谐社会的保障和根基；民间组织是构建和谐社会的生力军，是法治国家建设的重要主体，民间组织对法治国家建设有极其重大的推动作用；法治是民间组织与和谐社会联系之纽带，民间组织和法治共同服务于和谐社会的构建。

The Relationship between Non-governmental Organizations and Harmonious Society

A harmonious society is essentially a society governed by law. To rule with law is the foundation and protection of a harmonious society. Non-governmental organizations are the vital force to construct the harmonious society, the important part to develop the country ruled by law. In fact, they play a very important role to push forward the development of law-ruled country. To rule by law is a link to combine the non-governmental organization and the harmonious society, and such organizations will serve the construction of harmonious society by ruling on law. The present paper discusses on the relationship between non-govemmental organization and harmonious society from the angle of law.
