论"以人为本"之"文化本体"

人的文化本体是人存在和发展的重要根基,人的社会性、自然性和心智性等各种属性和本质,只有在文化本体的基础上,方能综合成为一个人有机的整体系统。因此第一,“以人为本”必须基于合理的“文化本体”,第二“以人为本”与“文化本体”相互作用,文化认同与人的同一性,“人本”即是人之“文本”,第三,中国人必须对中华文化本体关注和保护。

On the Human Orientation and Its Cultural Noumenon

Cultural basis of a person is the important root for his existing and developing,a person may have many properties,but only through the cultural basis can they make up an organic whole.In this article,the author tells us a new idea: namely the cultural basis of person is the foundation for implementation of "the human orientation",and Chinese people must care for Chinese culture's foundation,and take care of it.
