| 摘 要： | 科学的发展使得诉讼证明的科技含量越来越高,并日益冲击着我们的证据制度.测谎技术作为查明真相、揭发谎言的一项里程碑式的发明,对案件事实的证明发挥着重要的作用.但国内外理论界对测谎技术的应用、测谎结论的法律地位仍众说纷纭,莫衷一是.测谎技术在我国司法实践中已大量使用,但现行法律却未对其法律属性加以规范,这不仅使测谎结论的适用无法可依,也制约了测谎技术的进一步发展.
