| 摘 要： | 法家不是反道德主义者,法家道德虽然重视人,但那里的人不是一枝独秀之灵,而是万物中的一个存在物,万物是法家道德坐标的原点;人是万物关系里的存在,与万物一样,道不仅是其产生的主要根源,而且是万物之所以为万物的"所然";道以"无模式"与万物实现对接,在具体的万物那里,实现的是即物而形、即物而德,所以,万物的自然本性是自足的。这是一个宇宙的视野,是迄今的研究都忽视的地方;21世纪文化资源效益化的实践,要求人们打破臆想的疆界、紧贴原典来聚焦问题,为文化资源的效益化实现创设最佳的客观条件。
