摘    要:随着经济全球化进程的加快,国际商业交流日益频繁,文化因素作为商业谈判中的一项重要变量,无处不在地影响着人们的谈判态度和谈判行为。唯有从语言、价值观、伦理与法制观念等方面对不同文化造成的差异进行深入了解,才不会在处理文化差异上出现偏差,使商务谈判顺利进行。

Abstract:commercial exc With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the international hanges become more frequent. Cultural is an important variable factor in commercial negotiations, which ubiquitously influent people's attitude towards the negotiation and negotiation behavior. Only to conduct in-depth understanding from the differences of the language, values, ethics and legal concepts, can we deal with cultural differences in the deviation to enable the smooth conduct of business negotiations.
