| 摘 要： | 分析了我国粮油工业的现状,论述了我国粮油工业今后的发展趋势,认为我国粮油工业中企业生产规模将日趋大型化、规模化,企业将进一步整合、提升;粮油产品将朝着安全、优质、营养、方便的方向发展;以粮油食品为重点的粮油深加工业的发展将进一步加快;杂粮、特种油脂的开发将进一步得到重视;粮油加工业副产品将进一步得到利用等。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the development trend of China's grain & oil industry in the years to come after analyzing the present situation of the Chinese grain & oil industry.It holds that the production scope of grain & oil enterprises will develop on a larger scale.These enterprises will go a step further in integrating and upgrading;Grain & oil products will be safer,better,more nutritious and convenient;The intensive processing of grain & oil centred on food will be at a faster pace;Greater importance will be attached to the development of food grain other than wheat and rice,and the by-products in grain & oil processing will be utilized to a greater extent. |
