| Abstract: | The legislative principle of counterpurchase of stock roots in its value.according to this,none of the present understanding about it is proper.The principle of strict restriction should be established as the legislative principle of counterpurchase of stock in China,and the legislative design of counterpurchase of stock ought to abide strictly by this principle. |
