社会关系网络对组织知识创新影响的实证研究

从中国企业知识创新过程对社会关系网络的特殊依赖分析入手,基于社会资本理论和组织知识创新理论的研究成果,构建起一个关于个人关系网络与组织关系网络对显性知识创新和隐性知识创新的关系效应框架。通过实证分析发现,纵向关系网络对组织知识创新的贡献相对于横向关系网络来说反而更不显著,而反映企业与政府、银行的关系的社会联系对知识创新的影响则有较高的显著性。这表明我国社会资源配置结构的特殊性通过社会关系网络对企业创新能力的影响反映了出来。

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Social Network on Organizational Knowledge Innovation
