试论李鸿章的用人理念

摘    要:李鸿章尊重人才,爱护人才,用其所长,略其所短,受到众多人才的衷心拥护,形成了可观的凝聚力,使他能够镇压太平军、捻军,组建海军,办理晚清一系列新政,官至大学士。但是,他因为爱护人才,又常常连他们的缺点、错误也予以包庇,以致差之毫厘,失之千里,久而久之,使所部纪律荡然无存,终于导致了失败,又使他自食其严重后果。

Abstract:LI Hong-zhang valued talents and cherished talents.He received wholehearted supports from many talents by means of bringing their virtues into full play and avoiding their shortcomings.Around him came a considerable cohesion into being.The philosophy of employing talents enabled him to put down Taiping and Nian rebellions,to establish navy force and to carry out a series of new policies in late Qing Dynasty.However,LI's oblivion of some talents' faults,even to harbor their mistakes,gradually resulted in his negligence to keep an eye on his subordinate's discipline.Finally LI was doomed to his failure and was forced to swallow a disastrous effect.
