| 摘 要： | 阐释者意识形态植入阐释目标文本,这是法律英语语义阐释中的重要问题,而法律英语的解释一点加入了阐释主体的意识,法律语义必然会失去其真实内涵。在回顾已有法律英语阐释模式的基础上,我们认为法律英语语义阐释是可以避开意识形态问题的,并就阐释方式提出了框架模式。

| Abstract: | avoiding ideology influence is one of the problems of semantic interpretation,and once ideology goes into the interpretation of English law,legal semantics will lose its true meaning.By reviewing patterns of interpretation of the existing English law,we hold that the semantic interpretation of English law could avoid the influence of ideology,and the framework model is also given for analysis. |
