| Abstract: | Large numbers of grammatical metaphors in Advanced English are of typical motivated salience.They are foregrounded features of language by writers who aim to adapt to context within language system and out of it.Learners of English might appreciate original classics more successfully on the condition that they have to understand and master the adaptability. |
