| 摘 要： | 中美金融体系的差别在一定程度上就是"市场主导型"金融体系和"银行主导型"金融体系的差别,也是直接融资和间接融资两种融资方式之间的差别,体现在金融机构、金融产品、金融监管等方面上。正因为这些差别,在中国发展多层次资本市场有它的特点和考虑的因素,银行和市场的有机结合是问题的解决之道。
