| 摘 要： | 解决跨文化交际语用失误的核心问题在于提高交际者的跨文化交际能力,构建科学的跨文化交际能力系统,这是减少或预防语用失误、形成有效跨文化交际模式的基本条件.跨文化交际的能力系统主要包括基本交际能力系统、情感和关系能力系统、情节能力系统、策略能力系统等.
