The Characteristics of the Values of Contemporary College Students

The issue about the outlook on values of the youth is probed into from both subjective and objective respects. It is mainly from the influence of the transformation of social political environment and economic conditions objectively and the characteristics of the college students themselves subjectively. Pluralistic, unstable outlook on value of the contemporary college students can be noticed, which has both positive and negative effects. This article's aim is to let college students be sure about what the recommended and reasonable outlook on value is, and what outlooks on value are wrong and opposed by our society. Thus, they will stick to socialism, collectivism and patriotism, and try to be a person of new type with ideal, moral, knowledge and discipline.
