| Abstract: | The report summarizes the five types of problems existing in the management of joint ventures in Ningbo. After a careful analysis of them in structure and from the crosswise angles, it points out that the problems in the register, feasibility study, permission, investment and management, etc..are quite serious. Finally, it provides eight suggestions for the government to solve these problems. |
