文化整合与科学技术的可持续发展

人类陷入科技发展的二难窘境的根由不在科技本身,而是深藏于社会文化之中,根源于科学精神与人文精神的分裂、失衡。人类要走出科技发展的二难泥沼,必须走科学技术的可持续发展之路,即把科学技术的发展与社会的发展和人的发展结合起来;同时,合理利用科技成果,减少和避免其可能造成的负面效应。为此,必须推进文化的整合,把科学精神与人文精神有机统一起来,构筑科学技术可持续发展的坚实的文化根基。

Culture Combination and Sustainable Development of Science and Technology

Mankind is landed in an awkward predicament of the development of science & technology; the reason is not science and technology itself. The basic reason hides in the social culture; it origins from imperfect culture and division,unbalance between human spirit and science spirit. Mankind who want to get out of the dilemma condition must follow the way of continued development of science & technology, which means combining the development of science and technology,social development with human development together. It is important to go on developing science and technology, promoting material benefits of mankind, at the same time, put scientific achievements to rational use, decrease and avoid the negative effects. For this, we must push on the combination of culture and the organism unification of science spirit and humanities spirit, rebuilding profound cultural foundation of continued development of science and technology.
