China Women’s Development Foundation(CWDF)launched the Mother’s Entrepreneurship Recycling Fund project in 1996.During the past 25 years,the project has promoted womens employment and entrepreneurship,to help women in difficult situations escape poverty,to help women become empowered economically,and to guide womens participation in rural revitalization.
