| 摘 要： | 首先对比了“美国模式”和“中国模式”的不同表现，认为尽管以独立自主、以人为本、改革创新、和谐共赢为本质特征的“中国模式”为经济落后国家提供了一种新的走向现代化的思路和发展范式，但“中国模式”也有其自身的缺点和不足之处。“中国模式”不具有普世价值，它不应被简单复制和过度吹捧，它应该在与世界其他模式的共生与相互借鉴中丰富、完善并发展自己。
