| 摘 要： | 中国古代法家法律政治思想是中华法律政治文化的主要渊源,客观、全面地剖析法家法律政治思想的积极因素和消极影响,汲取现代西方法律政治理论的精华,结合农村实际,走出一条有中国特色的社会主义法制文化建设之路,是当前我国新农村法制文化建设的关键之所在。

| Abstract: | Legal and political thoughts of chinese acient legalist school is the main source of morden chinese legal and political thoughts.We have to analyze comparatively and objectively the positive factor and negative influence of Legal and Political thoughts of legalist school,and absorb the quintessence of modern west Legal and Political theory.It is the key point of rural legal system's culture construction that we take a road to legal system's Culture construction of socialism with chinese characteristics combining rural reality. |
