| 摘 要： | 目前由于大学生“村官”在利益分配、利益代表和利益表达方面的困境，导致大学生“村官”工作存在诸多缺陷，严重影响大学生“村官”计划的推进和持续发展。就大学生“村官”工作中的利益机制问题展开论述，界定大学生“村官”工作中的利益机制，阐述在大学生“村官”工作中运用利益机制的原因及在大学生“村官”工作中充分发挥利益机制作用的具体措施。

| Abstract: | As a result of the plight in the distribution, representation and expression of the interests for college student ＂village leaders＂ （CSVL）, there are many problems that have already hindered the progress of the CSVL Project and the sustainable development of college student village leaders. In this respect, we probe into the interest mechanism for the work of CSVL, define it, clarify the reasons to make use of the mechanism and put forward concrete measures to give full play to it. |
