| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,人力资源成为经济增长的决定性因素。在合理使用高科技和加快培养高级管理人才的同时,必须重视生产一线技术技能人才的培养和造就。本文从企业的角度,就技术技能人才的培养,提出了自己的想法和建议。

| Abstract: | With the emergence of knowledge economy, human resources have become the decisive factors in economic growth. As a result, the cultivation and training of technical and skilled talents working in the forefront of production have to be attached more attention to when the cultivation and rational use of those talents with advanced science and technology and high-level administrative personnel are being speeded up. Therefore, from the angle of enterprises, this paper puts forward some ideas and proposals with regard to creating some new ways to cultivate technical and skilled talents in accordance with the development of the times. |
