摘    要:长期以来,无论是东方还是西方的文化中,"男强女弱"都是一种恒常的社会观念.然而,近年来,越来越多的研究结果表明,女性在许多领域具有独特的性别优势.在未来的社会中,女性将越来越多地发挥出了在管理中的性别优势,从而形成女性独特的管理模式并获得更大的成功.
