| Abstract: | The rapid development of the national economy, the increasing educational consumption of residents and the popularity of higher education have provided the institution of local common higher education in Jilin Province with new opportunities for its development. In order to seek development when facing both opportunity and challenge, the institutions of local common higher education in Jilin Province must successfully deal with several basic matters, especially making themselves well known, enlarging the scales, raising funds and managing schools by law. |
