论加强行政法治建设对构建和谐社会的重要作用

依法行政是建设社会主义法治国家的关键,同样也是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键。作为社会管理核心的行政机关能否真正实现依法行政,将直接关系到我国构建社会主义和谐社会目标的实现。本文从现行行政法的理念出发,来探询"依法行政"的含义,阐述行政法在构建社会主义和谐社会中的功能,最后强调要通过加强行政法治建设的各项措施,促进我国经济、政治、文化事业健康发展,最终达到构建社会主义和谐社会的目标。

On the Important Role of Strengthening the Administrative law in Building a Harmonious Society

Implementing a policy by law is the key to constructing a harmonious socialist society as well as the key to building a socialist country governed by law.Whether it can come true is related to the goal of constructing a harmonious socialist society in China.This paper relates the meaning of "implementing a policy by law" according to the theory of modern administrative law,and expounds that the administrative law can play an important role in building a harmonious socialist society,and it also emphasizes the measures governed by law that may help our ecomony,politics and culture develop so well that our harmonious socialist society can be constructed.
