摘    要:通过大强度训练及停训后大鼠红细胞变形能力RCD (RedCellDeformability)在 1 .0 %NaCl溶液中的动态观察 ,探讨停训后运动能力与RCD的变化 ,为科学地安排停训后的训练及其比赛提供理论参考依据。通过研究获得以下结果 :1 .RCD对运动训练能产生适应性变化 ;2 .RCD的适应性变化并不持久

Abstract:This study mainly discusses the relations between red cell deformability and sport ability after detraining and training, trough the dynamic survey of rats' red cell in 1.0% NaCl after intense training and detraining. The aim is to provide foundations during the training or matches after detraining.The following results have been drawn:1.RCD can gain the adaptation in training;2.The adaptation of RCD can not last long.
