| Abstract: | This paper compares the similarities and differences of lawyer system between China and Japan in the fields of the quality ascertainment,qualitication awards of lawyer, lawyer's duties and rights, the excutive body, bar association, etc..It also analyzes the "rascal" and collectivism characteristics of Japanese lawyer-system, and expounds that Chinese lawyer-system should insist on the direct with its own characteristics. |
