| 摘 要： | 运用动机理论,对湛江市区中老年人从事太极拳运动的动机进行了调查,结果显示中老年人从事太极拳运动的动机是比较广泛和复杂的,并且通过分析发现,我国现行的太极拳活动不仅仅是一种体育健身活动,同时也是一种团体性较强的社会活动.

| Abstract: | The thesis aims at the investigation into the motives of TaiJiQuan movement that is carried on by the middle-aged and old-aged people now by means of the motivational theory . The outcome of the investigation shows that the motives their taking TaiJiQuan are rather wide-ranged and complicated,and,based on the analysis of it,we can find that TaiJiQuan is not only an invigorating physical activity,but also a kind of solidarity-filled social activity at the same time. |
