基于都市农业发展视点的区域性城市群促成战略思考——以长株潭为例

随着城市化水平不断提高,我国已进入城市群快速生成期。如何促进地理位置相近,交通便捷的城市间融合,是一个值得探讨的问题。实践表明,都市农业作为一种崭新的现代化农业形态,在促进城市群生成,实现工农互动、城乡互融方面具有重大意义。文章以长株潭为例,分析都市农业的促进作用,剖析发展都市农业的优势条件,对城市群生成期都市农业建设框架进行设计与规划,并提出了若干政策主张。

Strategic Reflections upon the Aggregate Paradigms of the Experience of Chang-Zhu-Tan City Cluster: From the Perspective of Urban Agriculture

China is stepping into the period of fast construction of city agglomeration with the continuous promotion of urbanization. How to accelerate the amalgamation of geographically close cities with convenient transport network is a question deserving researches. It proves that urban agriculture has great significance in the emergence of urban agglomeration and the mixture of city and countryside. The paper gives the example of Chang-Zhu-Tan for analyzing the city agriculture in the area of Chang-Zhu-Tan. It brings us the design of construction frame of urban agriculture in the forming period of urban agglomeration, and it puts forward some proposals and policies.
