制度化学校德育探析

摘    要:在学校教育中的科学主义和技术主义观念影响下,学校德育表现出对德育制度中显性规则部分的极度推崇,成为“制度化学校德育”。制度化德育作为理性确定性思维的产物,有悖于道德的生活本性,是学校德育发展的误区。学校德育需要科学、完善的德育制度体系,但绝不需要制度化德育。要走出制度化学校德育的误区,学校德育既要关注学生的学校生活,也要关注德育制度,保持两者必要的张力与平衡。
