| Abstract: | As a result of the reform of physical education syllabus and teaching aim,physical education teaching method has changed greatly.Students are the teaching centre,and their creativity develops quickly.Therefore,physical education will be"Happy sports"which makes students active,healthy and able to develop a habit of exercises and lays a solid foundation for life physical education. |
