摘    要:文化传统在一定意义和一定程度上决定着领导行为的结构和维度,中国传统文化背景下领导行为一个有别于西方的独特维度是德行垂范;我国高校领导行为受传统文化影响的一个突出特点是团结协作;传统文化对高校领导行为其他方面也有着不容忽视的影响。

Abstract:As an important way of dealing with relationship between leaders and subordinates,transformational leadership behavior is influenced a lot by the traditional culture which decides the structure and dimensions of leadership behavior.Morale modeling is a unique dimension in the transformational leadership behavior which is different from that in western country under the Chinese traditional culture.Transformational leadership behavior in Chinese university has a unique dimension,cooperation,which is different from that in other organizations.Chinese culture also has a great influence on the other aspects of transformational leadership behavior.
