| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国女性犯罪快速增长,其危害应引起全社会的重视。相对于男性犯罪而言,女性犯罪在犯罪动机和犯罪危害方面具有主体上的特殊性。针对女性犯罪的自身特点,只有加强对于女性犯罪的一般预防,采取人性化的特殊预防处遇措施,才能有效遏制女性犯罪的发生。
