| 摘 要： | 对安徽省池州市农村土地整治实施实践进行分析,在制度层面上提出相关保障实施农村土地整治的机制。采用文献研究方法和比较分析法分析得出在农村土地整治工作中,仍然需要通过制度创新来加以有效保障和稳步推进,以及通过建立相关机制,充分发挥政策组合的制度集成创新作用,以此为突破口,形成系统推进和规范引导农村土地整治工作、助推城乡统筹发展的有效制度保障。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to analyze the rural land remediation implementation of Chizhou City in Anhui Province,then propose relevant mechanism based on system innovations.Methods employed include documentation and comparative analysis.The results show that during the work of rural land remediation,it is necessary to guarantee the work effectively and promote the work steadily through institutional innovations.It is concluded that by establishing relevant mechanisms the innovated role of combined policy can be played fully and effectively.Then the support system can be formed for systematically promoting and guiding the rural land remediation and promoting integration development of urban and rural areas. |
