新生代农民工融入城市的障碍分析及破解对策

2010年,＂新生代农民工＂这个词第一次出现在中央一号文件里,既是一个新亮点,也是一个研究新方向。为了深入了解当前新生代农民工融入城市的障碍,更有效地探索破解对策,通过对漳州、厦门等进城农民工进行随机走访交流、调查了解,并结合对一些关于新生代农民工专题文章、媒体报道的研究,发现当前新生代农民工融入城市仍然障碍重重,包括制度、观念、技能等多方面因素。要让新生代农民工真正融入城市,不仅需要农民工自身的努力,更需要政府大力推进各项制度的改革与完善,逐步向新生代农民工敞开城市主人之门。

An Analysis of the Factors Obstructing the Fusion of New-generation Migrant Workers into Urban Lives

First appearing in the ＂central number one file＂ in 2010,the term ＂new-generation migrant workers＂ is both a new highlight and a new research direction.In order to understand the obstacles inflencing the fusion of current new generation into city lives and explore the effective countermeasures,a survey has been made among some migrant workers in Xiamen and Zhangzhou and related literature and reports have been reviewed.It is found that the factors obstructing the fusion of the new generation of rural migrant workers into cities are multifaceted,including system,concepts,skills and so on.To make the new generation migrant workers melted into the city,not only should the workers themselves make efforts,but also the government should give great impetus to the institutional reform and perfection,gradually opening the cities＇ gates to the new-generation migrant workers.
