Yuanqu has both the elements of poetry and music.＂Three Sentences in a Rhyme Unit＂ is also known as ＂Guns＇ Rhymes＂ or ＂Three Sentence Guns＂,which has the aesthetic features of painting,music and image.Ma Zhiyuan,Qiao Ji,Zhang Kejiu and Xu Zaisi were all wizes at writing ＂Three Sentence Guns＂.They used tasty and fleeting images and stacked them into the pictures,which were brightly-coloured with beautiful and vibrant configurations of rhymes and showed the literary intelligentsia＇s hermit emotional appeal and aesthetic attitude toward life,to achieve the affirmation of their free personality.
