| 摘 要： | 大学生心理疏导教育包括教育目标、实施及反馈等三方面。目标是提高主动应付心理应激反应的能力以保持心理健康;实施过程可采用专门途径和非专门途径,专门途径主要包括课程途径和咨询途径,非专门途径包括活动途径和环境途径;反馈时主要通过测验评价和非测验评价两种途径来实现。

| Abstract: | The education of psychological guidance on college students includes educational objectives,implementation and feedback.The objective is to improve their ability to actively cope psychological stress reaction for keeping their mental health;in the process of implementation,specialized and non-specialized ways can be used.Specialized ways include classes and counseling;non-specialized ways include activities and environments;feedback is obtained by means of test evaluation and non-test evaluation. |
