A New Interpretation about the Nature of Scientific Discoveries

With regard to scientific discovery ,the study about its methodology and epistemology focuses on issues about whether or not a certain discovery is logically made and on debates and discussions concerning the nature of scientific discoveries. About the first issue, there is not an agreement yet, while about the second one, an agreement has already been reached, but still with diffreent opinions about the creativity of scientific facts. The process of scientific discoveries is a unity of its being logical and illogical, and the creativity, involving the discoveries of scientific facts, has also been proved and confirmed.
