摘    要:坚持以教学质量年报为基础,认真收集教学考核评价的基础数据和资料,逐步完善高校教师教学考核评价制度,以保证教育教学工作的正常开展和学校教育教学实力的提升。本文从分析教师教学考核评价的内涵入手,分析目前我国高校教师教学考核评价的现状及存在的问题,以及教学质量年报对教师教学考核评价的作用,从而从评价主体、评价指标、评价方法、评价目标等几个方面提出了完善教师教学考核评价体系的措施和途径。

A study on teaching evaluation for college teachers based on teaching quality annual report
Abstract:On the basis of teaching quality annual report, the basis data and information of teaching evaluation are carefuly colected and the teachers’ teaching evaluation system is also gradualy improved, to ensure the normal work of the education teaching and the improvement of the school education teaching ability. In this article, from the analysis of the connotation of teacher’s teaching evaluation, the author analyzes the present situation of teachers’ teaching evaluation in coleges and universities and the existing problems, and the role on teaching quality annual report to the teachers’ teaching evaluation. Thus the author put forward the measures and approach of the improvement of teachers’ teaching evaluation from the evaluation subject, evaluation index, evaluation method, evaluation target.
